Located on an idyllic spot – in a
forest clearing surrounded by
the Wildmoos Nature Reserve –
Jexhof is an old Dreiseithof
(farmhouse built on three sides)
with living quarters, stable, barn,
baking and washing house,
orchard and cottage garden. In
addition to the original fur-
nishings of a large farmhouse
around 1920, the exhibition
includes many agricultural tools
and machines. Numerous events
and a diverse pedagogical pro-
gramme invite you to experience
this interesting museum. Special
exhibitions focus on topics
dealing with folklore and
regional history.
