The Kallmann Museum provides
insight into the work of the
painter Hans Jürgen Kallmann
(1908–91). The collection
includes oil paintings, water-
colours and drawings from all
creative periods of the artist,
who was known primarily for his
portraits and animal pictures.
In addition to the works of the
donor himself, the museum
shows regularly changing
exhibitions of twentieth century
and contemporary art.
